Dutchgate is a private community which consists of 346 condominiums on over 14 acres, located off of Dutch Broadway on the South Shore of Long Island, in Valley Stream, N.Y. Ownership and occupancy of a Home at Dutchgate is limited to persons who are 55 years of age or older.

Developed in 2008, Dutchgate engenders a relaxing retirement environment. Community amenities include a pool and clubhouse along with proximity to exceptional local resources such as: a local park, shopping, and convenient transportation, making Dutchgate a splendid place to live.

There are many opportunities to meet new people or join a club at Dutchgate. The Community hosts several get togethers and parties through out the year. A monthly social calendar and upcoming events can be found on our website.
